The Anderson University Center for Leadership and Organizations is an innovative program specifically designed to equip indviduals for the highest level of scholarship and leadership in business, ministry, education, public service, healthcare, and non-profit organizations.
The online PhD in Leadership prepares professionals for advanced roles in business, ministry, education, public service, healthcare, and non-profits.
This interdisciplinary program offers two concentrations, each with five elective course (15 credit hours). Students declare their concentration upon application but may choose up to two electives (6 credit hours) from a different area. It also provides opporunities to engage in research and scholarship, fostering the development of key professional competencies.
