HR Mission Statement:
The role of the Human Resources Department is to advance the overall mission of the University by providing quality administrative support to the University by overseeing the following areas: Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, Job Evaluation and Design, Employee Training, Employee Data, Policies and Procedures, and other related administrative functions. In addition, the Human Resources Department provides support to those departments who are responsible for Departmental Recruiting, Payroll, and Quality Initiatives. At Anderson University, we believe that each member of the Anderson University faculty and staff plays an important role, directly or indirectly, in the education of students and the reputation of the University.
