Alumni Award Nomination Form

Do you want to nominate yourself, or another alumni of Anderson, to be recognized for their significant work or achievement? Use this form to nominate for our yearly awards. We will also begin recognizing alumni on a monthly basis as well. Alumni Service Award. This award is presented to an alumnus/alumna for his/her outstanding and unselfish service to his/her alma mater, community, and to humanity. Alumni Achievement Award. This award is presented to an alumnus/alumna in recognition of his/her significant achievement in his/her profession or career. Distinguished Young Alumni Award. This award is presented to an alumnus no older than forty who exemplifies in his/her life the educational philosophy of Anderson University. Thank you for helping us recognize the wonderful work of our alumni!
