Pre-Law Professional Pathway

Program Overview

Are you considering law school, through our Pre-Law Professional Pathway, you can major in anything. You’ll have access to a pre-law advisor who will support you in both course selection and navigating the law school admission process. If you want to attend law school, you should take classes that emphasize the following: critical thinking and problem solving; critical reading and writing; oral communication; organization and management of information; and significant library research.

In addition to these specific skills, the American Bar Association (ABA) suggests you gain a broad understanding of history; a fundamental understanding of political thought and of the contemporary US political system, and more. Over the past 5 years, this program has a 100% success rate at placing students in law school.

No previous degree is required to enroll in this program.

Two essays (prompts) OR Official SAT, ACT, or CLT scores

Anderson University has a rolling admission process (students are notified when the are accepted whenever that is during the year) but students are encouraged to apply by the following dates: December 1st for the best scholarship consideration and no later than July 1st to begin in the fall semester.
