Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL)

Program Overview

The Master of Organizational Leadership is an advanced leadership program that explores organizational change, ethics, conflict resolution, training and development, team development, employee engagement, and morale. The Anderson University Master of Organizational Leadership is unique because it’s an advanced management program that emphasizes an integration of the business disciplines within a Christian framework. It’s designed for students with an undergraduate degree in either business or in a non-related field. This MOL is made for the working professional, so you can conveniently obtain your 30-credit-hour degree online or in the classroom.

The Master of Organizational Leadership degree offered by most schools in the U.S. is typically a two-year program, which follows four years of undergraduate study. The Business, Plus One MOL allows you to apply six graduate credit hours taken during your undergraduate degree toward the MOL program. This provides you with the opportunity to save time and money.

Leaders that understand how to manage change play a pivotal role in organizational transformation.

Companies everywhere are seeking that edge in leadership and management. By knowing those you serve, you get a clear picture of who they are and what they need to succeed. Christ’s model of leadership focuses on placing yourself on the same level as those in your sphere of influence. When we apply this model of leadership in management, real workplace transformation can occur. Paired with an expert understanding of business strategies and team dynamics, your influence has the potential to generate more than profit—you’ll cultivate an empowered, thriving workplace.
