One Anderson

Celebrating the diversity of God’s Kingdom through uncommon unity to One Anderson: Everyone an insider. No one an outsider.

All people are created by God and bear His image.

That’s the first line of the Anderson University Center for Community, Dignity, & Inclusive Campus Family mission statement. It’s what we believe. It’s the culture we foster. It represents who we are.

Join us in making Anderson University a place where we truly—and biblically—reflect God’s design for humanity among the members of our faculty, staff, and students.

One Anderson

Anderson University’s One Anderson initiative, a Christ-centered approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion shaped by biblical principles. It explains how AU’s philosophy differs from politicized DEI models, focusing instead on human dignity, unity in Christ, reconciliation, and Kingdom Diversity to create a welcoming campus family where every individual is valued and respected.
