Addressing Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, and Stalking

The Comprehensive Grievance Procedure for Title IX Compliance is designed to:

  • Provide an overview of important definitions
  • Explain the methods for reporting an incident
  • Describe prohibited conduct
  • Outline the process for reaching resolution of complaints.

Its purpose is to eliminate barriers for members of the Anderson University community that may be caused by harassment or discrimination based on sex or gender.
