Harassment, Discrimination, and Title IX

Addressing Harassment and Discrimination in All Its Forms

The Policy Against Harassment and Discrimination is designed to educate the AU family and hold accountable anyone who commits harassment or discrimination in any way toward any member of the AU family.  It contains three parts:

  • Statement on Harassment and Discrimination
  • Grievance Procedure for Title IX Harassment and Discrimination
  • Grievance Procedure for non-Title IX Harassment and Discrimination

The purpose of this overarching policy and its related procedures is to eliminate barriers and protect the rights of members of the Anderson University community that might derive from harassment or discrimination based on sex or gender, race, color, national origin, age, pregnancy, ability, veteran, or any other legally protected status.
