Office of the President

Greetings from the Office of the President

Dear Anderson University Alumni Family,

Greetings from the Office of the President! Diane and I send our warmest wishes to you.

AU alumni, employees and friends are thankful for all the blessings that God has gifted Anderson University over more than a century. Anderson now exceeds 4,000 students and remains the largest private institution of higher learning in South Carolina. AU is known for its innovation while keeping fresh its “Day One” commitment in 1911 to the integration of classical higher education and the Christian faith.

We are more excited than ever about each new opportunity we have to prepare students with both breadth and depth of knowledge they need not only to be successful in the career of their choice, but to be adaptable to multiple careers, and ultimately be successful in all realms of life—in work, family, community and faith.

I tell each graduating class of Anderson University: As you succeed, Anderson succeed, and as Anderson succeeds, the value of your degree increases its value.

Thank you for visiting our website and exploring the many ways you can stay connected to your alma mater.

No one has ever paid the full cost of his of her AU education. Whatever you paid, gifts from alumni and friends subsidized the cost you paid through grants and scholarships. Most importantly, gifts keep Christian higher education Christian. Hopefully you’ll be inspired to make a difference for Christ, for Anderson University and for generations to come.

Long Live Anderson!
