Sophomore Experience

Each fall, as part of the freshman orientation, all freshman receive training on the 7  HABITS  OF HIGHLY  EFFECTIVE  PEOPLE. The freshman, sophomore, and junior Teaching Fellows are now studying how the 7 Habits correlate with the characteristics of an effective teacher. This is an on-going process to train our fellows to be better individuals and better teachers.
