Spring Commencement Undergraduate Rain Plans

If we need to move Friday’s ceremony indoors due to the threat of inclement weather, we will provide more information with students via AU email. If required, we will move the ceremony to NewSpring church.

• Each graduate will be able to have six (6) guests in the main sanctuary of the West Auditorium. You MUST have a ticket to be admitted to this Auditorium.
• Additional guests will need to go to the East Auditorium. There will be overflow capacity for up to one thousand guests (1000) guests in the East Auditorium on a first come, first serve basis. The event will be livestreamed in this area.
• As a further convenience, the ceremony will be livestreamed for guests to watch online.

If the ceremony is moved to NewSpring, there will be two ceremonies. Honors College students will participate in the ceremony of their home college
