Required Dress: Commencement participants must be dressed appropriately in attire suitable for formal church services or professional engagements. No jeans, shorts, or casual footwear (e.g., flip-flops, athletic shoes, etc.) are permitted. Avoid high heels and slick-soled shoes to limit the chance of slips or falls.
Doctoral Ceremony FAQ'S
There will be a limit of 7 guests per student. The guest limit will be enforced.
Guests can arrive as early as 4:30 PM.
The ceremony lasts around 1 hour.
Yes, shuttle service will be available for those who need it.
The restrooms are located in the lobby outside the theater.
The University is contracted with Pro Pics to provide photography for graduation. No photographers outside of the University will be allowed on the premises. After the event, you are more than welcome to use the campus for a photo shoot.
