Bachelor of Organizational Leadership (BOL), Human Resource Administration

Program Overview

The Post-Traditional Undergraduate Organizational Leadership: Human Resource Administration track is designed to prepare you for leadership roles in the human resource field. Courses include such topics as employment and placement, compensation, benefits, employee relations, job analysis, training and development, along with leadership skills based on Christian principles. This program is structured in a convenient eight-week online format for working adults. After graduating, you’ll be equipped to enhance your leadership and management potential by pursuing a graduate degree in human resource management, human resource development, business administration or other fields.
