Bachelor of Organizational Leadership (BOL)

Program Overview

The undergraduate Organizational Leadership program equips you with leadership skills based on Christian principles. The program is intended to supplement one’s technical skills and work experience with leadership and people skills, such as interpersonal, employee relations and communication skills. The Organizational Leadership program consists of 120 credit hours and is structured in a convenient seven-week online format for working adults. Your professors have the real world expertise to instruct the courses and will work directly with you to expand your knowledge and improve your leadership abilities.

No previous degree is required to enroll in this program.
More than 24 transfer credit hours: Official 2- & 4- year school transcripts need to be submitted as part of the application process for this program.Less than 24 transfer credit hours: Official 2- & 4- year school transcripts as well as official high school or GED transcripts will need to be submitted as part of the application process for this program.
The application deadline is two (2) weeks before a term start date.
