NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY

The University therefore reserves its rights under state and federal law to consider religion as a factor in making employment decisions. The University is also entitled to exercise its religious accommodation for certain circumstances under Title IX which are in conflict with its religious tenents(34 CFR § 106.12(a)).
