April 17 - Public Artist Talk with Brian Rutenberg
Renowned artist Brian Rutenberg is coming to Anderson University for an artist talk in tandem with the International Network of Michelin Cities 2024 Conference. The talk will begin at 9 a.m. in the Daniel Recital Hall of the Rainey Fine Arts Center.
April 22-23 – Spring Ceramics Sale
Students will be selling their original creations during the Spring Ceramics Sale taking place each day from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. in the Vandiver Gallery of the Thrift Library.
April 23 – Ivy Leaves Public Reception
The ninety-ninth edition of the Anderson University student artistic and literary publication “Ivy Leaves” will be celebrated with a reception at 6 p.m. in the South Carolina School of the Arts gallery at Chiquola in downtown Anderson.
April 24 – Nexus Senior Show
Senior Art+Design students will display their works in their senior show titled “Nexus” from 6-8 p.m. in the Vandiver Gallery of the Thrift Library and the Chiquola Gallery in downtown Anderson.
April 27 - Design Conference
KNOT Design Conference is a public design conference intertwining community and design from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. at Chiquola in downtown Anderson.
April 29 - Typography Exhibit
The sophomore design class will exhibit custom made typefaces during the Impressions Type Show, starting at 6 p.m. at Chiquola.
