By integrating graduate-level courses into your bachelor’s degree program, you’ll graduate with both degrees in significantly less time—and with less debt. Our pathways combine academic excellence with practical efficiency, giving you a competitive edge in today’s job market.

Why spend five or six years earning your bachelor’s and master’s degrees when you can do it in less? These programs are designed for qualified undergraduate students who wish to begin graduate-level coursework before completing their bachelor’s degree.  

Program options include:

  • Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL)
  • Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)
  • Master of Education (M.Ed)
  • Master of Science in Instructional Design and Learning Technology (MS IDLT)
  • Master of Public Service &Administration

Master of Organizational Leadership

Anderson Univesrity undergraduate student

MOL +1 Program

This program is designed for qualified undergraduate students who wish to begin graduate-level coursework before completing their bachelor’s degree.  

Through this pathway, eligible juniors and seniors (business major or minors) may take up to six credit hours (two graduate courses) that will count toward the MOL degree. These courses are completed during the undergraduate program and will jumpstart a student’s career path immediately after graduating.

Master of Divinity

M.Div Advanced Standing

The Fast Track BA + MDIV begins as an undergraduate degree program. You can customize your degree to fit your interest by adding a concentration such as Youth Ministry, Pastoral Ministry, Media Ministry, Preaching, Missions, Apologetics, Women’s Ministry, Biblical Studies, as well as Apologetics and Theology. During your sophomore year, provided you have at least a 3.0 GPA and pastoral recommendation, you can apply to begin FAST TRACK courses. These select courses can be articulated as Graduate Level courses. You may take up to 30 credit hours of FAST TRACK courses.
