She received her BSN and MSN from Mercer University, Atlanta, Georgia. Her nursing specialty is critical care, working in an organ transplant unit, Piedmont Hospital, Atlanta, Georgia. She lives in Greenville, SC with her husband, 2 pups, Lucy and Sophie, and her cat, Boo.
