Fast Facts

I have a passion for working with advanced graduate students focused on developing as leaders and scholars. Anderson provides a context for bringing a Christian worldview to my work with students.

The term “leadership” means much more than the individuals holding certain positions in an organization. Leadership is all the processes and individuals that assure the organization’s effective operation. Leaders are not simply born to lead. There is a science of leadership that can be learned and practiced to assure leader effectiveness.
