Academic Background
As a professional actor for over 30 years and a professional director for over 20, Sollish has been a part of well over 300 productions and has worked with the best and brightest from Broadway and Hollywood including Tony Award winners Christian Borle and Kristin Chenowith, Broadway legends Megan Hilty and Leslie Odom, Jr., Emmy nominee and television legend Eddie Mekka (Carmine from Laverne and Shirley), soap opera stars Bill & Susan Seaforth Hayes, Broadway and opera star Spiro Malas, and screen superstar Joe Manganiello among many others.

Musical Theatre Initiative Coordinator for the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival, 2019-Present KCACTF Excellence in Direction Awards for Macbeth, The Comedy of Errors, Big Fish, Curtains, Sunday in the Park with George, Xanadu, Bright Star, Guys and Dolls, The Secret Garden, and The Sound of Music Papers delivered at several conferences including MATC, ATHE, ASTR, and the Battleground States Conference.
