Fast Facts

While the overall learning environment is rigorous and organized, I also aim to cultivate a place where learners feel safe to express themselves and practice their skills without fear—a place where “mistakes are expected, respected, inspected, and corrected” as one of my mentors used to say. Above all, I require a high professional standard of excellence, inclusivity, and mutual respect. By fostering positive relationships and encouraging teamwork, I help learners build a sense of belonging and mutual support, which is crucial in healthcare professions for a variety of reasons. By providing challenging and meaningful learning experiences, I support learners in achieving personal growth and realizing their professional aspirations.
