Transforming Culture Through Disability Employment is a June 2–4, 2026 conference at Anderson University for organizations exploring disability employment and those seeking to strengthen existing initiatives. Through company tours, panels, and peer conversations, participants will see inclusive employment in practice, learn from experienced leaders, and explore how employing people with disabilities strengthens culture, dignity, and organizational flourishing. Participants may also receive SHRM CEU credits.
