Faith is an integral part of our campus community. One way students can get involved is through a campus ministry. There are eight ministries to get involved in at Anderson University. Keep reading to learn more about these communities so you can find your best fit!
Anderson University Ministries
BCM (Baptist Collegiate Ministries)
The largest campus ministry is BCM. They meet on Thursday nights at 8 p.m. in either Henderson Auditorium or the Intramural Gym followed by Community Groups at 9:00. They encourage student-led worship, genuine community, and faithful evangelism that all work together to cultivate lasting spiritual growth.

Women’s Ministry

AU 1:8 exists to educate, equip, and empower the AU community to join in on God’s redemptive purpose, locally and globally. Every month, AU 1:8 works with local non-profits and ministries to sponsor Group Serve Days. Annually, mission trips are scheduled during University academic breaks to places like Panama City Beach, Southeast Asia, and England. The importance of missions and opportunities to get involved will be highlighted during Missions Emphasis Week (9/30-10/4).

It is great to get involved in a local church as well, and there are many churches in Anderson to choose from. If you can’t decide where to start, ask a friend if they want to carpool together this Sunday or ask an upperclassman where they go to church!
I hope this guide helps you feel more confident in exploring our ministries and finding your people!
