Bachelor of Human Services (BHS), Human Services: Behavioral Health – FLEX

Program Overview

The Post-Traditional Undergraduate Human Services: Behavioral Health concentration educates you on emotions, behavior, and environmental elements that impact the people you connect to community resources. You’ll learn to address clients’ mental health, including addictions case management and treatment, developmental disabilities, and methods to meet their needs. Your seasoned professors have real-world expertise and will work with you to expand your knowledge and improve your skills. This program is conveniently structured in a 7-week flexible path format for working adults, which gives you the opportunity to complete it at an accelerated rate.

As a Human Services major, you can pursue a career as a case manager at behavioral health centers, a human service professional in a mental health facility or as a victim advocate, probation officer, or addictions counselor. You can also enter graduate programs for degress such as Master of Education in Counseling, Master of Social Work, or Master of Human Services.
