Bringing to life onstage such beloved characters as Bob Cratchet, Tiny Tim, and Ebenezer Scrooge, noted storyteller Tim Lowry will present his acclaimed version of Dickens’ A Christmas Carol Wednesday, November 18 at 7pm in the Daniel Recital Hall of the Rainey Fine Arts Center.
Dressed in authentic Victorian costume, Lowry counts his performance of the Dickens Classic among the most popular as he tours the country.
The performance is part of the Mims Lecture Series at AU. Frances Mims was a beloved writing teacher at Anderson and in her honor, the lecture series was created to bring noted authors to campus for readings and special programs.
The Lowry presentation is free and open to the public and is appropriate for those over the age of 10.
