A new partnership is giving students enrolled in the Anderson University College of Business a competitive advantage when it comes to digital marketing.
The College of Business is partnering with Mangools, a provider of search engine optimization (SEO) tools to even better prepare Anderson University students to enter the workforce. Mangools offers tools that allow individuals to evaluate keywords, analyze search results in any location, inspect authority of competitors using SEO metrics, tracking organic traffic and boost a company or organization’s online presence.
“SEO is the act of optimizing a website to improve rankings in search engines such as Google and Bing. For websites that have fantastic SEO, you’re looking at a really solid slate of organic traffic versus having to pay for traffic to your website,” said Whitney Storz, corporate event coordinator for the Anderson University College of Business. She added that, thanks to Mangools’ generosity, College of Business students are allowed to experience cutting edge digital marketing platforms without any added expense.
“At Anderson University’s College of Business, career advancement for our students is one of our biggest priorities. Exposing students to cutting edge business tools helps make this a reality,” said Dr. Giovanni Calise, associate dean of the College of Business and director of the MBA program.
