Anderson University is launching a new online Master of Public Service and Administration (MSPA) degree program designed to meet the demand for professionally trained public administrators in the public and non-profit sectors. The MPSA will instill the knowledge, values, and skills necessary to lead and manage effectively in government organizations at the federal, state, and local level, as well as related non-profit organizations.

“The MPSA is designed for emerging public service leaders who are ready to advance in their careers. The fully online format allows flexibility for professionals with busy schedules to learn from experienced leaders and apply the latest concepts in an engaging course environment, said Dr. Chuck Williamson, dean of the Anderson University School of Public Service and Administration.

The Master of Public Service and Administration core courses will prepare students to be leaders, managers, and analysts in public service. Courses develop the foundational skills public administrators need to develop effective public policy, apply public policy to address society needs, be good stewards of public resources and budgets, and conduct research that supports evidence-based policy development.
