Amid the largest enrollment in its 109-year history, Anderson University received its highest marks by U.S. News & World Report as the publication released its “Best Colleges” rankings today. AU appeared in a record six categories for 2021.
Anderson University ranks #42 among regional universities in the South, according to U.S. News & World Report, rising eight spots from a year ago. In addition, AU was named to the publication’s “Best Undergraduate Teaching” (#11), “Most Innovative” (#16), “Best Value” (#26), “Top Performer: Social Mobility” (#64) and “A+ Schools for B Students” lists for 2021.
Anderson University was ranked the #50 “Best College” last year, #65 in 2019 and #73 in 2018. In 2016, AU moved to U.S. News & World Report’s more competitive “Regional University” category; previously, it was among the top 20 in the publication’s best “Regional Colleges” list.
