This summer, Anderson University proudly became the permanent home of Crossroads Summer Camps, started by Clayton King in 1995 as a college student.  What began as a dream in Clayton’s college dorm room has grown into a large non-profit ministry that is now in partnership with Anderson University in many aspects, but particularly as home for summer camps and ministry operations.

More than 4,500 students, adults and staff participated this summer over a 6-week period with nearly 1,000 making decisions for Christ, joining over 70,000 that have attended Crossroads camps and over 7,000 who have responded to the gospel since it began.

Speakers during the evening worship services over the six weeks included Clayton King, Sharie King, Brian Burgess, Derwin Gray, Algernon Tennyson, and Zach Dickson.  Carl Cartee led worship each night.

Youth groups from more than 157 churches from SC, NC, TN, FL, OH, TX, KY, VA, WV and AL attended during the 20th anniversary of Crossroads Summer Camps.
