Dr. Rachael Bowers is an Associate Professor of Human Development & Family Studies at Anderson University. Dr. Bowers earned her Ph.D in International Family & Community Studies after over a decade of professional service to children and families as a social worker in residential, community-based and outpatient agency settings.
