Dr. Katie Wolfe-Burleson is an Assistant Professor of Education and the MS in Instructional Design and Learning Technology Program Director at Anderson University. She has been teaching since 2005 and began her career as a secondary social studies teacher. She has taught a variety of courses at the university level in curriculum design and mapping, teacher education, instructional design, and the humanities. Also, she has created, designed, and adapted courses for both the secondary and collegiate levels.

I strive to have classes that are engaging. Since I teach predominately online, I include unique ways to engage, synchronously and asynchronously, with students through videos, guest speakers, video discussion boards, and more. This creates opportunities for students to see me and I can see them!
