After almost three decades serving teachers, students, families, and communities in public education, I am excited to work with future teachers and administrators at AU. I am most excited about the opportunity to integrate my Christian beliefs and faith into academic disciplines. Finally, I am honored to join such a highly esteemed faculty at AU.
A career in public education will change the lives of students. As a teacher, coach, principal, associate superintendent, and chief instructional officer, I thank God for the positive impact I was able to make. We are facing a critical teacher shortage in our state and across the country. The profession needs dedicated people to answer the call to service.
