Academic Background
Chelsea LaCourse is a voice teacher, music director, and professional singer. She teaches and music directs at The South Carolina Children’s Theatre. She holds a bachelor’s degree from North Greenville University. When she’s not singing, you can find her curled up with a good book or playing video games with her husband John.

I teach private voice lessons, so my classes are one-on-one discovery! I encourage my students to explore and learn what their voices can do and to honestly the tools they’re acquiring to perform to the best of their abilities.
It excites me to work with students that have a drive and passion for what they’re learning. I’ve found that the student body here is hard working and proud of what they’re accomplishing!
