He got his MFA in Acting degree from Regent University in 2013, and that’s where he met his wife Natalie Wilson! He now lives with Natalie and his two puppies Wendy, and Lily in Anderson. He attends Upstate Church Haywood where he also plays guitar and sings in the Worship band. You will find him performing in shows in the Upstate area, or attending Clemson football games when he’s not teaching!

Fast Facts

My classes are based in different acting styles and techniques. Everyone has space for their opinions to be heard and discussion to be had. We do exercises from different acting techniques that are physical and imaginative. I believe in discussion and all the readings we have will require the students to pick quotes from the text that stood out to them, and prepare to discuss them amongst their peers in class.

As a graduate of AU, I believe in faith integration with art. I also believe in having a safe space to explore your art with your faith! AU does great at allowing that in the classroom.

There are many career pathways for a Theatre, Acting, or Musical Theatre Major. Learn as much as you can! The more well-rounded you are, the more likely you are to be hired!!
