Fast Facts

As a theatre professor, I prefer having my students on their feet doing the work. I feel the actor’s instruments of body, voice, and mind are best utilized and open to discoveries through action and doing the work as professionals do in the rehearsal space.

I love the faith based atmosphere at AU and incorporating what it’s like as a Christian in our field.

You find in the big cities that auditioning is really the actor’s primary job and getting to perform is the joyful compensation.

I have real life experience acting and teaching in Hollywood. I also served in the ministry theater for four years at Sight and Sound Theatres in Lancaster, PA. AKA Bible Broadway.

Seeing students learn real life skills to take into the professional world.

I’ve had plenty of professional experience with Stage Combat, Acting for the Camera, and other areas professionally for close to twenty five years.
