The mission of the BA in Theology is to educate students in the traditional theological disciplines (biblical studies and languages, theology, church history, etc.) so that the students will be prepared to (1) enter seminary, (2) pursue a graduate research degree, or (3) enter a career appropriate to a broad-based liberal arts educations (not necessarily within ministry). The Theology degree is a good program for students interested in scholarship.
