What will you learn?
At Anderson University, the Sport Management program teaches you how to lead and innovate in the fast-paced world of athletics. You’ll gain a strong foundation in core business principles while focusing on the unique challenges of sports organizations. Courses cover sport marketing, facility and event management, finance, and the legal and ethical issues that shape today’s sports industry.
Along the way, you’ll learn how to apply management strategies to athlete representation, sponsorships, community engagement, and global trends in sport. Through hands-on projects, internships, and networking with sports organizations, you’ll be prepared for careers in athletic administration, sports marketing, promotions, facility operations, and recreation leadership—or to pursue graduate studies such as an MBA or advanced sport management degree.
