Dr. Lori Farr is an Adjunct Faculty member at Anderson University. She is passionate about all things information technology, with an emphasis on Cyber Security and Disaster Recovery. She received her Ph.D. from Capella University and completed her dissertation on the effects of backsourcing on job satisfaction and intent to leave using motivating language. She lives in Georgia with her husband and three Standard Poodles.
