Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Nursing – Traditional

Program Overview

The Traditional Undergraduate Nursing program trains you to become a registered nurse who can work in pediatric, surgical, adult, geriatric, and other fields of nursing. It prepares you to take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) and become a registered nurse (RN). The School of Nursing focuses on developing Christ-centered, qualified people to serve a diverse population through holistic nursing profession. This track will launch your nursing career, open the door to leadership and management positions, and qualify you for graduate-level training in nursing and healthcare.

Upon graduating from the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, you will be able to search for a job at any healthcare institution that requires a Registered Nurse. You’ll also be able to apply for graduate programs in nursing at the master’s and doctoral levels.

No previous degree is required to enroll in this program.

Two essays (prompts) or official SAT, ACT, or CLT scores are required during the application process.
Anderson University has a rolling admission process (students are notified when the are accepted whenever that is during the year) but students are encouraged to apply by the following dates: December 1st for the best scholarship consideration and no later than July 1st to begin in the fall semester.
