Program Overview

The on-campus undergraduate Management program is about planning, organizing, leading and directing others as you work toward a common goal. For anyone who leads a team—from law enforcement professionals and business executives to nonprofit directors and healthcare providers—learning how to organize and motivate people is a key component to career success. Graduates of this program can end up in careers as medical and health services managers, industrial production managers, sales managers, social and community services managers, and administrative services managers.

Management is more than simply being the head of a group of executives. Learning how to organize a team and motivate people to utilize their strengths is an important part of a successful Management career. In this program you’ll not only learn how to plan your organizations’ strategies, but how to structure them as well. You’ll learn how to direct groups and individuals through situational leadership. And you’ll gain the skills needed to be able to benchmark and measure your team’s successes and setbacks, and how to communicate them to those around you.A degree in Management is designed to allow you to meet goals for entry-level positions that lead to professional careers in business, industry, government, charitable, and other nonprofit organizations.

Anderson University has a rolling admission process (students are notified when the are accepted whenever that is during the year) but students are encouraged to apply by the following dates: December 1st for the best scholarship consideration and no later than July 1st to begin in the fall semester.
