Workday Report Compliance Assistant

Anderson University’s Office of Information Technology invites applications for the role of Workday Report Compliance Assistant. The Workday Reporting Assistant will support the reporting and integrations team by managing report inventories, maintaining standards, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of Workday reports.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage Report Inventory: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all custom reports, tracking changes, updates, and statuses.
  • Maintain Reporting Standards Repository: Assist in the development and management of a repository of reporting standards, templates, and best practices for easy access by the reporting team.
  • Ensure Report Quality and Compliance: Review and verify that reports meet established quality standards, including naming conventions, descriptions, metadata, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Assist with Report Writing and Validation: Help create and maintain Workday reports based on business requirements and support the validation process to ensure custom reports meet functional and technical requirements before final approval.
  • Prepare and Maintain Documentation: Create and update documentation for reporting standards, procedures, and best practices, and assist with user training on report-related topics.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use Workday reports, including understanding report features, interpreting data, and leveraging reports for decision-making.

This role is expected to fulfill other duties as assigned. These tasks may vary depending on the evolving needs of the organization.

Knowledge equivalent to that gained through a bachelor’s degree is preferred. This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, focusing on assisting team members with various reporting tasks and maintaining documentation. Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new challenges are key attributes valued in team members. While a background in technology is beneficial, this position does not require a degree in a technology-related field.
