Marketing Materials Requests
This form is to order AU branded materials, AU publications, and packs of blank paper, and blank mailing envelopes. We store these materials in-house and are readily available to pick up at any time between 9:00 and 4:00 each day. AU branded materials include pocket folders, #10 envelopes, 9×12” envelopes, pens, notepads, etc.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Reordering materials when we have run out of our stock may take a few weeks so be sure to place your order (specifically orders with large quantities of specific materials) as far in advance as possible to give us time to restock.
- We will not process any requests that require printing in this form. If any part of your order requires us to print something in-house, please submit a request for that part of your order using the design and print request form.
- Examples of materials that should not be submitted in this form are letterhead and envelopes that need the name of a specific department printed on them, envelopes with specific departments names or the AU logo (if they are not already listed as an option on this form) printed on them, etc.
