Assistant Coach, Women’s Lacrosse

Anderson University’s Athletic Department invites applications for a full-time position as Assistant Coach, Women’s Lacrosse. Anderson University is an innovative, entrepreneurial, premier comprehensive, liberal arts university affiliated with the South Carolina Baptist Convention. The University seeks a candidate with a strong Christian value system, lifestyle, and commitment to the integration of faith and learning.

Candidates should be prepared to assist in all aspects of the administration and operation of a competitive Division II collegiate women’s lacrosse program. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assist Head Coach with recruiting quality student-athletes; assist with planning, practices, conducting practices, scheduling matches, preparation of travel plans, fundraising, preparation of facilities, planning and operating within the annual budgets, and increasing attendance for home matches; adhere to the rules of the NCAA and the spirit of Anderson University and its philosophy.

Knowledge equivalent to that gained through a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Ability to organize all facets of team travels and meets is required.
