Fast Facts

Organ lessons can be intimidating to the beginner, but we always try to focus on the rewards of playing the “king of instruments” and how the organ can be a vehicle for an immensely wide variety of musical expression.

I teach private organ lessons to both majors and minors.

I immensely enjoy my teaching, my students, and watching them mature as individuals, musicians, and ministers through their music. AU is a great fit for someone like me who still finds va lue in life-long learning.

There will always be a place and a need for trained organists who participate in helping a congregation worship through music.
