Design & Print Requests
This form should primarily be used for the ordering of design and/or print projects that are traditionally designed to be printed on paper (i.e. booklets, brochures, postcards, envelopes, posters, programs, signs, etc.). These materials may be printed in-house by Creative Services, sent to an off-campus vendor, or sent as a digital PDF. Any projects ordered as a sticker or mailing label should also be submitted through this form.

PLEASE NOTE:
We have updated some of our processes due to a higher intake of projects as of July 2023. Some of these updates include:
- Please provide final copy upon the submission of your request. If you submit your project without final copy, we cannot guarantee an efficient turnround time for the completion of your job.
- Fees will now be applied to projects that exceed 3 of rounds of revisions.
- Fees will also be applied to projects submitted with less than four business days between the time of submission and the due date.
