New STEM Masters Programs

Anderson University provides affordable and easy access to innovative, I-17 approved and STEM-focused programs designed specifically for international students.

Learn more about these programs by exploring the links below.

The Residence Life staff makes every effort to ensure harmonious and enjoyable living conditions conducive to study and comfort within the residence halls. Anderson University housing includes various single-sex residence halls as well as apartment-style buildings. These residence halls may be viewed in more detail by visiting the Residence Halls page. Room assignments are made by the Residence Life Office during the months of June and December for fall and spring semesters respectively. Students who wish to live in a residence hall must maintain an academic load of 12 semester hours.

Residence halls are staffed by full-time professional staff members (Residence Directors) and upperclassmen student leaders (Resident Advisors). Residence Directors provide overall supervision of particular residence halls and resident advisor staffs on campus. The resident advisors are available to help guide and support peers in developing community through relationships and promoting academic success. Students are encouraged to take advantage of the resident advisors as a strong resource.

Believing that students benefit in personal growth and educational opportunity from residential living, Anderson University requires all undergraduate students enrolled in the traditional program to live on campus for at least six semesters. After a student has lived on campus six semesters, typically junior year, he or she may choose to live off campus. Students who meet one of the following criteria may elect to live off campus prior to fulfilling the six semester requirement.

  • Married
  • Live locally with a parent, grandparent, or legal guardian.
  • 22 years of age prior to the beginning of the semester.

Transfer Students

Anderson University requires all transfer students enrolled in the traditional program to live on campus unless they meet one of the following requirements:

  • Attended six (6) semesters of college, excluding dual enrollment during H.S.
  • Married
  • Live locally with a parent, grandparent, or legal guardian.
  • 22 years of age prior to the beginning of the semester.

Do You Commute?

All Anderson University students, whether resident or commuters, should expect to find a supportive campus environment with unlimited opportunities for learning, growing, and enjoying life. All students are encouraged to take an active part in the life of the college community, to join campus social and academic organizations, to participate in intramural sports, and to enjoy the musical, theatrical, and cultural events hosted at Anderson University.
