Information Technology FAQs

Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. For further assistance, please fill out a helpdesk ticket.

Any emails regarding IT security can be sent to ausafe@andersonuniversity.edu

All passwords that are used with AU accounts must be at least 12 characters long and contain a lowercase letter, uppercase letter, number, or special character.

Please submit a helpdesk ticket to helpdesk.andersonuniversity.edu and a technician will be happy to assist you.

You can bring any issues or concerns related to technology to the IT department, located in the basement of Thrift Library, past the staircase, at the end of the hallway.

If you recently changed your AU password, you will need to forget the Trojans@AU Wi-Fi from all of your connected devices and reconnect as if you were connecting for the first time.

Any employee or student of AU have access to cloud storage via AU email. Go to portal.office.com/onedrive and login with your AU email and password.
