Why did I not receive a bill or statement in the mail?
You can view your student account activity and balance information within your Enterprise Account via your Workday under All Apps and Finances. Anderson Central does not mail paper statements or provide online statements within the Enterprise Student Portal. The student account activity and balance information provided within your Enterprise Student Portal is real time and reflects any current updates to your account.
I am being billed part time, but I should be full time. What do I need to do?
Check your schedule to verify that you are enrolled in at least 12 credit hours. If you have classes pending approval, please reach out to your academic adviser or the Assistant to the Dean of your college.
What is an overload fee and why has it been charged to my account?
Full time tuition charges for traditional students are based on enrollment of 12-18 credit hours. Overload Fees are assessed when students are enrolled in more than 18 credit hours.
I am expecting financial aid, but it is not showing on my account, why?
If you recently submitted documents, your aid will show after the next anticipated aid process is completed. If you have an estimated Palmetto Fellows, LIFE or HOPE Scholarship award, your award will not be final until your final, official high school transcript is received in the AU Office of Admission. Check Financial Aid Documents in Self Service to see if you have a document required for your award. You may need to complete a Master Promissory Note and/or entrance counseling for a Direct Loan. The S.C. Residency Form and S.C. State Certification Form are required for South Carolina aid. If you recently submitted required documentation and/or registered for classes, your aid will show after the next anticipated aid process is completed.
Can financial aid pay for my books?
Graduate students and eligible undergraduate students who chose to opt out of the Trojan Text Program and have financial aid that exceeds the charges on their account are eligible to charge books. A list of eligible graduate students and the amount they may charge is sent to eCampus approximately three weeks before the semester begins. Eligible undergraduate students who have opted out of the Trojan Textbook Program will need to reach out to Anderson Central to request a book voucher be added in eCampus.
Only the amount you spend on books will be posted to your account. Please note, this is not additional aid; you are using aid you’ve been awarded and charging your books will reduce any refund you may receive.
Can payments be accepted over the phone?
We do not take any payments over the phone. For your convenience, you can make payments 24/7 through your Enterprise Account via Workday under All Apps and Finances. Payments are posted to your student account immediately.

Why is there a charge on my account when I dropped the class?

Why have I not received my refund?
If you made a refund selection within your Enterprise Account and chose direct deposit, the refund will be sent to your bank account within 3-5 business days from the date it is processed. If you did not sign up for direct deposit, you should receive your paper refund check within 7-10 business days from the date it is processed. Why do I have a hold on my student account when I log into my Workday?
The payment deadline for each semester is posted within Workday, your Enterprise Account and the Anderson Central webpage. There are also other departments that may post fees and fines to your account, such as Residence Life, Campus Library or Campus Safety.
