7 Habits of Highly Effective People Training

An evening “on the town” is always enjoyed with great food at Sullivan’s Metropolitan Grill.

Each summer, the freshmen Teaching Fellows receive a copy of the book, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, from CERRA. CERRA (the Center for Educator Recruitment, Retention, and Advancement) request all Teaching Fellow Institutions to focus on the this book for training. Anderson University Teaching Fellows explore the 7 Habits book at the Sophomore Conference. As part of leadership building, the sophomore Teaching Fellows are partnered with one another and an advisory council member to plan and implement a workshop on one of the 7 Habits. The Teaching Fellows present workshops focusing on teaching/learning each habit and practicing through engaging activities. When graduating, our Teaching Fellows have received training on each of the 7 Habits and presented workshops, too.
