Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL)

Program Overview

The Master of Organizational Leadership is an advanced leadership program that explores organizational change, conflict resolution, training and development, the development of teams, employee engagement and morale. The Anderson University Master of Organizational Leadership is unique because it’s an advanced management program which emphasizes an integration of the business disciplines within a Christian framework. It’s designed for students with an undergraduate degree either in business or in a non-related field. This MOL is made for the working professional, so you can conveniently obtain your 30-credit hour degree online or in the classroom.
