There are four dining locations at AU. The AU Culinary Center is in the G. Ross Anderson, Jr. Student Center along with Chick-fil-A and Chronicles Café. Books & Beans, a We Proudly Serve Starbucks location, is located on the lower level of the Thrift Library.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are made-to-order at this all you care to eat location. Choose from homestyle and International entrées, a Fusion station, deli and salad bar, stone-fired pizza, a traditional burger grill and more! Relax with your friends in a wide variety of modern settings from lively group spaces to more intimate places to talk or study.
For those with food requirements we have the Clarity station – Clarity provides a worry-free environment to enjoy your favorite foods! This contemporary venue serves all guests that have allergies and intolerances. Clean eating. Done right. Allergen Free.
Finally we have the Roots station. Roots features a rich variety of plant-based cuisine that is wholesome as well as exciting. This station focuses on whole, unrefined, or minimally refined plants where we incorporate a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, tubers, whole grains, and legumes in our recipes.
Books & Beans
Located in the lower level of the Thrift Library, Books & Beans is the main coffee spot on campus. Here, you can get espresso and gourmet coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, a large selection of pastries and a selection of sandwiches.
Also in Books & Beans we have the Fresh Collection. During lunchtime, the menu will feature healthy and hearty bowl based meals from around the world.
Chick-fil-A
If you’re ever studying or hanging out in the student center and hunger grips you, visit this location. Chick-fil-A offers your favorites including sandwiches, nuggets and more
Chronicles Café
Hand-crafted coffee and espresso beverages along with smoothies, assorted pastries and baked goods including authentic bagels from the Bronx, NY. Also serving sandwiches featuring Boar’s Head Deli meats, a larger variety of fresh to go selections including salads, sandwiches, sides and more. We will have bottled beverages available in the fresh to go cooler.
